Request for Proposals for TechHire Information Technology Career Coach-
CCWI is a looking for a trainer/consultant (i.e., coach) who has both a broad and specific understanding of the IT Sector in Maine and is experienced in placing entry- to mid-level candidates into IT positions with Maine-based employers. In addition, this coach must have the ability to work with TechHire staff to assist/guide (i.e, train) them in both better understanding the IT sector as it relates to workforce development and to also assist place participants in appropriate IT training.
