Code.org Professional Learning Program now taking applications for middle and high school teachers

Applications are now open!

Educate Maine and Maine Mathematics and Science Alliance are excited to announce that applications for Code.org’s Professional Learning Program are now open. If your school is looking to offer Code.org’s computer science (CS) courses at the middle or high school level in 2020-21, please encourage interested teachers to apply today.

Code.org’s Professional Learning Program is an intensive, year-long professional learning program for middle and high school educators who are interested in teaching Code.org’s CS Discoveries (middle school) or CS Principles (high school) courses. These programs are designed to prepare educators to provide high-quality CS instruction with engaging curriculum and tools to students in their classrooms.
