August 19, 2020

CGI SALESFORCE BOOT CAMP

Overview

Would you like to earn one of the hottest and most marketable certifications with a chance to be hired by one of the largest IT and business consulting services firms in the world? If you do this opportunity might be for you!

CGI is partnering with Thomas College to conduct a free Salesforce boot camp. Selected candidates will go through a rigorous 12-week training program and upon successful completion will earn their Salesforce certifications.

About the Boot Camp
The CGI Salesforce boot camp will be conducted virtually and is currently scheduled to begin on Wednesday, September, 23 with an estimated completion date of December 16, 2020. The boot camp will be led by CGI Salesforce trainers with years of experience in Salesforce development. The class size will be limited to 12 students.

There are two Salesforce tracks that can be taken; functional consulting and Salesforce developer. Successful completion for functional consulting will be passing the Salesforce Admin 201 certification exam, Sales Cloud certification exam, and Salesforce Vlocity training. Developer trainees will be required to pass the Salesforce Admin 201 certification exam, the Platform Dev 1 exam, and Salesforce Vlocity training.

CANDIDATE SELECTION AND HOW TO APPLY

Selection Process
Due to the limited class size and commitment required by the selected students, all candidates will be required
to go through a vetting process.
- Initial screening covers a review of candidate experience and career aspirations followed by an overview
of the training curriculum and commitment required.
- Candidates that make it through initial screening will be interviewed by the CGI Salesforce trainers to
determine the final selection.
Candidates will be limited to the greater Waterville area and to those seeking a potential opportunity with CGI
in a Salesforce capacity. Ideal candidates will have some experience in the IT industry or those that are
seeking to start a new career.
How to Apply
To submit your name for consideration email Isaac Salisbury at Isaac.salisbury@thomas.edu and provide an
overview, not to exceed one page, of your career background and why you feel this training would be great for
your career.
