MTUG to present webinars on data security and broadband this fall

Starting in October, the Maine Technology Users Group will move its educational sessions completely online with a new webinar series. Held 1-2 times per month, each session will be 45-90 minutes in length with time for Q&A at the end. You can sign up online at

A great chance for small businesses to get an idea of their whole information security picture. Presenters will give a birds-eye view of the considerations and processes to securing important data. Details.

One of several sessions that will focus in on specific security realms of concern -- here, the webinar will look at the unique exposures when working with cloud services. Details.

A step away from our security focus, in this session we want to shine light on the considerations communities make to bring residents and businesses the connectivity needed to help them thrive. Details.

MTUG's educational webinars bring high quality information to audiences all over the state, bring geographically-diverse expertise to join in on the discussion, and moderated by MTUG board members and representatives to help focus the discussion.
